Micro-blogging platform, Twitter has restricted different kind of users to the number of tweets they can read in a day.
Elon Musk, owner of Twitter, in a tweet on Saturday, said the move was to address extreme levels of data scraping and system manipulation.
He said Twitter would temporarily limit verified accounts owners to reading 6,000 posts per day, while unverified accounts would be limited to reading 600 posts day.

Musk added that new unverified accounts holders would be limited to reading 300 posts per day.
A confused Musk later tweeted, saying that “Rate limits increasing soon to 8000 for verified, 800 for unverified & 400 for new unverified.
“Rate limited due to reading all the posts about rate limits.”
