Abiodun drops commissioner-nominee as Ogun Assembly confirm others

Ogun Assembly has confirmed the nomination of nine commissioner-nominees out of the 10 it recently screened.

The approval was sequel to the adoption of the report of the Committee of the Whole House, chaired by the Speaker, Olakunle Oluomo, as presented by his Deputy, Bolanle Ajayi.

According to the report, “the committee found the nominees eligible and suitable to assume the exalted office of commissioners in Ogun State.”

The assembly had, on Aug. 4, confirmed eight commissioner-nominees.
