The Darecare Worker Wanted At Sunvalley Kids Montessori, Alberta, Canada For $18 Hourly helps children learn and develop social skills through creative play and team games.

The Darecare Worker is responsible for making sure each child has access to open-ended materials that help them discover their interests.

A typical day starts with three snack breaks (including one outside) to keep them fueled and active, followed by over an hour of outdoor playtime and music before having their lunch break followed by outdoor recess with afternoon indoor activities until it’s time for the kids to return home or move on with their day.

Who is a Daycare Worker?

Daycare workers work with children under the age of 18 to supervise their safety and provide care to them during their stay at a daycare facility.

It is important that daycare workers be aware of what is appropriate for these youngsters as well as remain patient when dealing with them so that the children will feel comfortable and safe around them.

Daycare workers may also take responsibility for scheduling activities such as arts and crafts time or playtime outdoors.

Daycare Worker duties may vary depending on which type of child care organization they are employed by.

For example, Elementary schools Daycare worker’s main responsibility would be overseeing kids during recess time while they enjoy a break from classes.
