If you’re passionate about cooking and want to break into the industry, Kenzo Ramen might be the perfect place for you.
At Kenzo, we love ramen.
We know it inside and out; we slurp noodles like nobody’s business.
And yes, we do have food safety certificates, so it’s more than just ramen being slopped around.
We need an experienced Chef/Line cook to work at our Ontario location – they will enjoy a $15 hourly rate plus tips as well as a flexible schedule that allows room for their family life and interests outside of work.
Kenzo is currently seeking those with a minimum 1 year of experience in the kitchen who are willing to provide excellent customer service while making tasty and unique dishes

About Kenzo ramen.
Kenzo Ramen opened its doors on November 17th, 2018 and was filled with customers by the following day.
Due to demand, Kenzo Ramen has now had to close their doors as of December 22nd because they need to hire new staff.
Kenzo Ramen is a world renowned ramen shop from Japan and have received worldwide recognition.
The owner, Hiroto Suzuki, opened Kenzo Ramen when he moved to Vancouver 3 years ago because he thought that people needed a taste of home.
Who is a Chef/Line cook?
Being a Chef/Line cook is a rewarding job that involves a lot of variety and creativity.
You may be tempted to think you’re beneath this type of position and that it would not work out, but being a chef/line cook is challenging and can be very satisfying when everything goes well.
Your biggest challenge will probably be adapting to your boss’s unique way of doing things (everyone is different!), but the skills you learn from handling a large group of people should serve you well in any industry.

Kenzo Ramen is a Canadian based, authentic Japanese Ramen noodle restaurant. Originally Kenzo started out in Japan however never made it into the Canadian market until Jane and Daniel Park decided to open their business in Toronto 2002. Ramen, which has won the status of the national food in Japan actually has it’s roots in China. When the Japan-China Amity treaty concluded, many people emigrated from China where they introduced ramen in Japan. Kenzo ramen spadina(bloor) is located 10 years as a one of the most popular ramen restaurant in Toronto.
Looking for a Chefs who have experiences to use Wok or Asian food, Kitchen assistant for prep and washing dishes.Certification is not required, But prefer to careers of work at the Kitchen. The work is simple and easy to learn, friendly staffs!
-That would be good chance in case someone wants to lean English!
1.Will consider higher minimum hours pay if you have experience. (Especially using a wok) . We will consider high level hours pay if someone work enough to be a main chef. (Prep,Cook ..)
2.Available LMIA (After a month later) / We can’t give LMIA if you are staying another country currently.
3.Language preference: English/Korean
4.Welcome to people who graduate college and need a job.
5.We will contact for interview. (Please leave your valid phone number which we can contact)-Should be available an interview in a few days. It is available to people who stay in Toronto Currently. (Since we have to contact, and make an appointment for interview)
6.Anyone who doesn’t mind using a hat and wear uniform during the work.
7.Covid-19 fully vaccine required.
8. There should be no legal problems working in Canada. (payment Cheque only)
