Housekeepers play a pivotal role in the success of Marriott properties. They maintain room standards by ensuring bathrooms are clean and fully stocked with supplies; they tidy up guest rooms and public spaces to create an inviting environment; they dust, vacuum, change linens on beds, rotate mattresses and refrigerators as needed; and more!

They perform these duties carefully to ensure everything is returned to perfect order for our guests’ arrival.

Waymarker Hospitality is looking for housekeepers to live and work in beautiful Canmore.

If you want to escape the city and live in the mountains for the winter and have housekeeping experience this position is for you!

Wages are generous and based on experience and shared accommodation is available!

Full or Part Time Hours! Work from 16-44 hours a week!

Some of the job duties include but are not limited to:

• Cleaning rooms and Suites- Dusting, vacuuming, replacing linen and amenities, making beds, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and kitchens.
• Assisting guests with linens and other amenities

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team as well as an individual
• Must be able to, lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20lbs
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must have an eye for detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and crouch for long periods of time.
• Some housekeeping experience is encouraged but not necessary
• Previous customer service and housekeeping experience is an asset
