President Muhammadu Buhari made a farewell speech to the nation on Sunday morning, a day prior to his departure from office.

During the speech, he thanked the people of Nigeria, provided insight into the rationale behind some of his governments critical decisions, and affirmed his conviction that Nigeria is in a better state than when he first assumed office.
