The President has given me permission to move quickly on this. Each of the two lanes in this project will be 14 meters in width and able to accommodate two-way traffic.

This highway will take four years to build, but will have a lifespan of 100 years. We are not contributing any kobo to the initiative, but rather providing guidance.
