Real Madrid will have to trigger Samuel Chukwuezes release clause of 80m to sign the Nigerian in the summer.
The winger is reportedly a subject of interest to the European champions.
According to transfer expert, Ekrem Konur, the pacy winger has 80m clause inserted in his contract by Villarreal which must be triggered by any potential suitor.
The 23yearold scored two breathtaking goals in Villarreals 32 defeat of Real Madrid last week.
Chukwueze has also been linked with Premier League club, Aston Villa.
He has a year left on his contract at the Estadio de la Ceramica.
