Bella Shmurda said, “Due to the recent sad event and unforeseen circumstances, I have had to cancel my Tour of Canada. New dates would be communicated.”

The PUNCH reports that Bella Shmurda, a close friend of the late Mohbad, during an interview, had urged the deceased to exit Marlians Record over his disagreement with his manager, who is a relative of the record label boss, Azeez Fashola aka Naira Marley.

He made the development known Saturday night through his X (formerly Twitter) while noting that new dates would be announced for the tour which was earlier scheduled for September.

Mohbad died on Tuesday at the age of 27. Mohbad’s management also released an official statement confirming his passing away.
