Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike has confirmed President Bola Tinubu’s approval of a N2 billion palliative for the FCT.
The fund aims to address transportation challenges and improve residents’ lives. Wike emphasized no excuses would be accepted from contractors.
Earlier, Tinubu’s administration sanctioned billions of naira to all states and the FCT to counter the effects of fuel subsidy removal.
The FCT Administration will also consider internal revenue alongside increased federal project funding.
