The scholarship is an award of US$20,000 with 50% of the award being paid directly to the winner and the remaining 50% being paid to the educational institution to directly assist with tuition.

Requirements

To be eligible for the FINCAD Women in Finance Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Identify as female
  • Be enrolled in or accepted into a finance-related program at an accredited institution
  • Demonstrate academic excellence with a minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
    Submit a complete scholarship application, including essays and transcripts
  • Demonstrate leadership potential and a commitment to pursuing a career in finance
  • Priority is given to applicants from countries where women are underrepresented in the finance industry.
