Middlesbrough forward, Chuba Akpom has scooped the Sky Bet Championship Player of the Season award.
Akpom was recognised for his impressive goalscoring exploits for Boro this season.
The 27year old has scored 28 goals and provided two assists in 36 matches so far this season.
The Nigeriaborn forward is also in line to become the first Middlesbrough player to scoop the Golden Boot since John Hickton bagged 25 goals during the 1970/71 season.
Its been a remarkable campaign for Akpom, who started the season without a squad number and sent to train with the U21s.
Middlesbrough are also in the hunt for promotion to the Premier League.
